Hi, I am Jana and I am the owner of Just Jump, a passionate rebounding instructor and physiotherapist in Pretoria East. My mission is to inspire women to feel strong, and confident, and help them to prioritize their health and well-being. 

If I am not giving Rebounding classes, you will find me enjoying time with friends, at church or drinking Aperol Spritz at a cute little restaurant.

I believe you should always put your health first, because without it, you don’t really have anything.

Why Did We Start Just Jump?

During a busy period in my life, where finding time for myself felt impossible, Rebounding was the only thing I enjoyed and actually made a difference in my fitness and health.

I noticed so many women struggling to prioritize their health. I wanted to create a place where women could do something purely for themselves - something all-inclusive, effective, and time-efficient. 

Just Jump is perfect for the modern woman because the results are instant and you don’t have to spend hours in the gym. You just have to show up to the classes and enjoy the fun workout. By incorporating Rebounding just twice per week into your routine, you will feel and see results instantaneously!
